I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ross at the Abbey for my business expansion needs, and I feel compelled to share the negative encounter to help others avoid the same pitfalls.

From the initial contact, the sales team was pushy and overly aggressive, trying to rush me into signing a lease without providing sufficient time to review the terms. The transparency that one would expect in such significant business dealings was utterly lacking. Misleading information was a common theme throughout our discussions; the actual terms and conditions of the lease were significantly different from what was initially presented.

The handling of my complaints was just as frustrating. The customer service was non-responsive, and it seemed like they were avoiding addressing the issues directly. It was always a challenge to get a hold of someone who could actually make decisions or provide solutions.

We’re now experiencing mold and mildew issues that have not been addressed.

The Abbey customer service is deeply unsatisfactory. They displayed a lack of integrity and respect for business ethics, which is critical in commercial leasing.
