Some things never change. We rented from them from 2015-2019. Only reason we stayed as long as we did is because we couldn't afford to go anywhere else. Finally we got served a 60 day. They didn't tell us what it was for it was because they got tired of sending maintenance out bc the house we rented from had nothing but issues the moment we moved in. But in the end they did us a favor bc we moved out of Bakersfield to the Central Coast. Also, they tried to say they sent an email to us that we owed $3000 worth of damage. Never got the email They said they it was a hand written list with no receipts attached. Eventually it was dropped. We didn't owe anything. Run, run, run. Don't EVER rent from them!!

I should have knew this place was unprofessional when I first walked in and the Manager was taking care of her baby while she was working , I thought it was one time thing but it was not she day cares for her baby while she’s working, that’s unprofessional imo.

We got a place through them, but we knew the owners and had an agreement in terms already pre discussed before we moved in. The owners did call to let them know. The Manager called us after the fact and tried scolding us like we were kids. It wasn’t our fault why are you calling us? Talk to the owners, its there place and they where ok with the circumstance. She was rude and unprofessional, there’s a right way to do things and then theres the wrong way.

RUN. You will pay for every single bit of what is their responsibility! If I could leave a review without a star it’d be more accurate.
They never respond to a single fix it request and it makes sense why because once you move they try to charge you everything THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX. “5,000$” worth of what they let sit unattended to. I can not believe such lack of professionalism and care.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! don’t recommend. they waited a WHOLE 2 weeks just to tell me that I’m 500 dollars short for a unit .. like huh. They want you to make 4X the rent. Other companies aren’t doing all that and for me to be only 500 short and they wait several weeks to tell me I’m not approved is insane… dont waste your time

They tried to charge us with a last months deposit which has recently been made illegal in California. On the phone, the lady reading the law literally started to contradict herself and they ended up giving us our holding deposit back because they damn well knew they were wrong. NEVER go through them, I'm glad I realized how sketchy they are before putting thousands of dollars into moving in. The apartment looked infested anyway.

Believe all the negative reviews about Executive. I been here for 8 yrs so believe me when I say the reviews are pretty much true. That office is a joke and so unprofessional. Except for 1 girl, Natalie she takes time to listen and not blow you off like others there. If I could I would give them 0 stars. 1 star for Natalie.

Terrible experience when renting, property was not maintained trash every where. Several drug addicts living throughout unit. Charged extra fees with no explanation. Then when I tried moving they lied and Said I was on eviction when I proved I'd payed everything on time. Stated they wouldn't release until I paid 4600$. It was all illegal and to top it all off the 2100 in security and pet deposit we never given back. Tried contacting and continued To be given run around.
