They have only one house that's listed for rent and has been for over a year. No commercial properties or apartments for rent or sale. If Alma D Best is now nonprofit Alma The Lighthouse and owners are taking no salary where is all their money coming from? They live a rather lavish lifestyle. Are they at least performing maintenance for someone, because I've never seen a work crew and they had to hire gardeners at their care facilities.

Very Professional! Great people to work with. D Best always takes care of my maintenance requests in a timely manner. The girls are very helpful and nice! Would definitely want to rent through them again.

I wish I could give this place a zero rating. My landlord goes through D Best Realty aka Deerot Realty and they are absolutely horrible to deal with. They are never there at the office on time and sometimes they are closed on days that are not even holidays. When it comes to needing maintenance on the house, you're given a time and date but no one shows up. I've complained about my faucets leaking badly but was told "if it still works, then it doesn't need to be fixed/replaced." To add to it, the workers don't speak English which makes it hard to communicate and understand them.

D best realty helps me out so much for me and my husband were trying to find a place. I've been renting from them for years and I've never had any problems..theyhave helped me out so much when I had any questions. I don't see myself really renting from anyone else anytime soon.they actually seem to care. I would highly recommend D Best Reaty to everyone.

They shamelessly raise rent if you ask for anything to be fixed because they know there is NO legal representation in kern county for renters, only for property managers. The people that work here belong in prison.

I would definitely recommend D Best Realty Inc! As an out of town property owner, they make me feel at ease knowing that I can call them and actually get an employee on the phone and not a machine with a million options. I have been satisfied with the services they have provided to me for over 6 years now.
