We met Real Estate Agents Eric and Jesus earlier this year with the hope that they would help sell our first own rental property at least at the Fair Market Value. Well it took several months due to the house being an original build in 1909 which required more stringent requirements for first time buyers loans. They came through and helped us sell at the asking price. Both Eric and Jesus are very personable and professional. So much so, that we are entrusting them to sell our home here in Kern County as we’ve decided to move out of State to be closer to family.
