Before my owner sold my property distinctive properties was my management. We loved them ianey always came to fix things when we needed anything. The owner willy was awesome he was always on it. Miss you guys It’s me virginia from Jefferson street come visit us we are still here 12 years later.

Me and me family have worked with Destinctive properties for 3+ years and they are great! Very attentive, caring, and for short words “on top of everything” in the best way possible. If you have any issues they jump on it immediately and never put you in a situation to struggle with your family! I highly highly recommended, renting from them is just like working with close friends/family, they truly care and show it!

If I could give - stars I would have. Safe to say one of the worst property management companies. These individuals are money hungry and don't value good business, or ethical decision making. They work more for the tenant then the homeowner. They make random unjustified charges to your account monthly, with no explanation. When asked for details to support I was dismissed and disregarded.

Horrible management and horrible property entirely. The owner should be ashamed!! All the maintenance workers are unprofessional disrespectful crystal heads including the manager. They only care about taking your money but not keeping up with natural rear and tear the apartments has. They dont take care about the roach issues or rat issues in there apartments. And got the nerve to still expect rent.

This company is an absolute disgrace to landowners my son lived in his complex almost 3 years and in that time there has been several incidences of residence who complained of bed bugs, the first the tenant was told there was nothing that distinctive properties could do and that it would be her responsibility which is not the law just so you all know the law is in California that the landlord is responsible to debug the property so don't let them lie to you if you have the same problem. After she moved they moved an old man into the complex with health issues who later died on the property in the same apartment with the bed bugs. The second tenant was a woman and a man who were about to have their first child and everything they own was brand new since they were Newlyweds. Not only did they have to throw all of their belongings out but their baby was eating up too and they were never told that there were bed bugs prior to moving in. Now 3 years later the entire complex has bed bugs and instead of taking care of the problem they rented it to another tenant and since then they sold it to another owner who is also probably unaware of the bed bug issue these people will take your money and not think twice about health hazards or any other kind of safety to you or your loved ones.

I don't even want to give them 1 start my sister was renting an apartment from them in the Laceys and the entire unit was old and tore up from the carpet to the ceiling. On top of the old apartment it was roach infested so gross and unsanitary. They are horrible especially the Camille lady!!
