I called the office around 10:20am it was today April 9 2025 I asked the lady on the phone if the property was still for rent she said yes I asked can I go see it how much is it or can I schedule an appointment to see the apartments she said no you have to come in and ask for an application and fill it out and see if you qualify if I'm making enough income me and my husband smh wow that does not make sense so I'm not even gonna bother paying my application if your not letting me see the property I don't know guys but that was she said is not right

At Home has managed my rentals for the last 5 years. As an owner for over 15 years, I have used many property management companies. I am happy with At Home, they are responsive, keep me informed and always acted on my best interest. All the staff (Maribel, Reyna) from At Home are professional and helpful.
Patty went above and beyond to make sure my property, which at the time was vacant, was ok. There are many property management companies in Bakersfield, sadly there are plenty of bad ones as I have experienced firsthand in the past. I highly recommend At Home Property Management to anyone looking for an experience and a honest company.

It is a company of the worst, the terrible service, they treat customers badly, they do not repair the houses, properly, not recommended at all, then they do not give you the deposit with a thousand false excuses, the worst

At Home Property Management is severely unethical at the top.

The CEO and general manager discriminate against the disabled, by denying valid reasonable accommodations, namely denying a service animal, who performed tasks related to my disability.

They also attempted to have me calculate irrelevant, medical expenses for HUD housing.

If you are concerned about federal and state Landlord - Tenant Law run the other way.

This property management took over the units for my landlord and it has been complete chaos. They rented to tenants with no jobs that partied until the owner had to have the sheriffs department to evict them. The tenants still have the keys to the unit and continue to come back and forth and squat at the unit and store their belongings in the garage.

They say nothing about your credit score when you apply. They say nothing about how long you need to be at your job. My credit is 694 and I have been at my job for 6 months. That is good I think with a pandemic going on. They denied me because of that. I make 3x the rent with average credit score and no evictions. This company is false and is a joke. Thanks a lot At Home .

I was a tenant of At Home for over 2 years. My experience with the company and staff was great. I paid my rent on time and in return i got great service from Maribel and Patti. They treated me with respect and attended to any of my concerns very promptly. If i was to rent again they would be the first company i would choose. Thank You At Home Property and staff for a great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
