Yet again another property management company that happily took our application fees and instilled false hope in us as a family struggling to find a home and still denied us anyways. This is the 3rd place to do this to us. There shouldn't have been any reason for us to be denied. We made well above the required income, the only thing that was less than perfect was our credit, so for us to be denied tells me they went off of credit not income or "stability" as they like to say. Find another management company.
