Please understand that when you rent with Stan Brewer, you are not getting your deposit back. This on top of the fact that they make it ridiculously hard to get ahold of them, I’d stay away. They took the entirety of our $2300 deposit & it was itemized to the cent to ensure we didn’t get anything back. Keep in mind, we left the place damn near spotless. They even had me clean the carpets professionally before giving the keys back, just to charge us for carpet cleaning after the fact. They also repainted the walls on our dime, even though the previous tenants left them marked to hell & it was well documented. These people are rude & not worth the headache. I promise.

The process at this property management company has been straightforward and efficient. After viewing a home on a Friday, I submitted my application and received the keys the following Thursday. The office staff has been incredibly kind, accommodating, and always helpful. No matter who I have spoken to and worked with, it has been such a pleasant experience. I’ve had a few minor issues in the house that have come up, but their response has been quick, and they promptly addressed and repaired everything, which I really do appreciate. I have no complaints to share and my experience has been smooth and positive, and I’m excited to be renting from this company.

(Suddenly have good reviews all 3 weeks ago . Bunch of lying thieves! !! 5/5/16)**SLUM LORDS** After tons of issues with this rental like wiring being so burned it melted together , oven doesn't work and a water heater that doesn't work properly probably because it caught on fire. I messaged about the burned water heater and weeks later nothing done, that's insane. So they switch me to a new property manager in stan brewer so I have to repeat issues and her first email is threat of eviction if I didn't pay rent even though they refused to fix the problems. So, 7 months of not living comfortably , feeling unsafe etc., they don't help but email me about possible eviction. I regret being nice and not demanding things to be fixed. Its true that in the end of the lease they will find any way to keep as much of the deposits as possible, it takes months to get things fixed and I will not rent with them again.
They have given me the option to move without them fixing anything. During Christmas I have to take me and my kids and move to be safe from this apartment , how awful of this company. =( I don't think the owner knows how they conduct business , who would keep a family in a dangerous situation and threaten them instead of fixing things. Shame on them.**They dropped the eviction after I provided evidence and still kept my deposit and are trying to charge me for filing for the eviction after they gave the option to move because they refused to fix anything and left me and 2 kids in a dangerous situation! !!!

My wife and I wanted to see a home we saw on their website that looked nice. We got the key today 6/6/23 and looked at home and it looked nothing like the home in the pictures!! It smelled , carpet was filthy, all cabinets were super dated and faded. The inside needed to be totally repainted and bathrooms were gross !!!!
Never again !!!!!

Somthing to consider before wasting money on an application.... Might as well buy a house with their approval requirements. Income and rent payment history of never missing or making a late payment wont get you a place here. Credit must have to be A1. With that being said you're better investing in a house if you meet their approval requirements. I thought people rent because they are working their way up to buying a home. Who knew renting would be just as complicated. I know we will get approved somewhere else. It's just extremely disappointing because we found the perfect place, perfect price and perfect location. The people in the office are nice though, that would be the only thing the stars are for. Just wish the income and total of 8 years of perfect history of rental payment was good enough.

I do not recommend this place. They charge you unnecessary amounts like light bulb (still working) and a filter for a $100. And when you ask them why they tell you it’s all in the contract. The Apartment was not ready when we move in, they send someone to do the cleaning after we already moved in. And when we move out they still charged us $175 for cleaning and another $125 for carpet cleaning.

I had interest in one of your properties since April 2021 and would called several times a week to see if the property was available. Come the end of July I called once again to see if it was available for august 1 and was told to call after the weekend due to the first falling on the weekend and them not being open during that time. Instead of calling over the weekend I decided to call the very next day to see if the keys were returned and the property was available and I was told that the property has already been rented out the same day that the keys were returned. Upon months of calling several times a week I have been told every single time that I cannot turn in an application until the available date set. They are very unprofessional , shady and dishonest . I will never waste months of my time again on trying to rent from them.
