As a tenant under Portfolio for 3+ years, I have nothing but good to say. We have had water heater break down and HVAC stop working and they sent someone out within 24hours to make repairs. Great customer service from Bryana, and Lorena and they always respond in a timely manor. As my family has expanded we are upgrading to a bigger apartment/condo and will only be looking at units managed by this company.

The company itself was ok. They worked with us at first but the pricing. They price gouged everything, locked me out of my own apartment then tells us we stepped out on our lease. Pretty sure you should have given a 30 day notice first! Their lucky i didnt go to the cops or take them to court which i should have. The company is crap don't rent from them.
