I think the previous reviews speak for their selves but this managment is absloutly horrible. I came in the office and when thwy asked for how many adults will be living in the unit i said two then received from them two application packets for the two adults. Then i was denied saying that they dont accept co signers and when i said its not cosigning only one tenant will clearly be paying the rent they go on to say why is my dad signing with me on our apartment and that i am denied also because hes supposed to sign alongside his wife not me 🤦🏻‍♀️ racist, absurd ridicouls reasonings and horrible management

I can not believe how horrible the customer service is at this property management company. Not only are they in the Stone Age in terms of their application process, but in order to view an available property you have to apply for the lease, you have to apply in person, once you get there you have to call for them to meet you at the door, then they do not let you in their lobby, they take your application while you stand in the Bakersfield heat, then call you back to the door to give you a receipt. I was astonished that they operated this way. I honestly feel sorry for the employees working here. They must be incredibly desperate for work.

I would give no stars for this abysmal place if I could.

We moved out in July of 2018. They put an eviction on my record saying they had to kick us out in November.

They will lie through their teeth.
Avoid at all costs.
I hope karma catches up to these horrible people.

Horribly unorganized and zero interest in the well-being of tenants. Unrealistic expectations on lease agreements absolutely every fee imaginable invasive terrible company. I had The Misfortune of this particular company buying out my building from another management company and it can be only compared to living with the evil stepmother. Plus the office is always closed and they make you talk to whoever is there in person outside on the sidewalk. I would give them no stars at all if I could and on top of everything they stole my deposit said that they're cleaning services were extremely overvalued than they actually were charged for carpet cleaning that they removed anyways do not rent from these people file complaints if they are given your unit if they bought it out make these people accountable and hopefully get them to finally shut their doors for good and do this whole community a service

INHUMANE & UNBEARABLE LIVING CONDITIONS!
Current tenant staying here.
Two weeks ago I had no hot water for 5 days , finally my water heater was replaced. But now I face an even bigger problem! I have been living here without any AC in over 105° heat advisory weather for 6+ days & counting. Ive called & texted about this issue & the only response they give is "we have no update".
This property management company doesn't care.

I believe they were giving every reason they could for us not to be able to rent thru them. I have applied at 3 places so far and the other 2 accepted my Emotional Support Animal paperwork. Our forms were considered incomplete twice but were only told after returning with the supposed complete paperwork. They all of a sudden said I was still missing my ESA Housing Letter. But again, the same letter was accepted elsewhere. And I believe they still possess my cat's original copy of her shot record. The one I needed that day to complete my application. Apparently her shots had expired the day before I applied.

I’ve never before written a bad review about a company but this unprofessional, deceptive company definitely deserves one. As someone who has several years of experience in property management, I know exactly how the process works with the majority of companies here in Bakersfield. The only reason I applied with them is because one of the homes they manage is conveniently close to the college my daughter attends. The first red flag is their office being closed to the public so you have to wait outside or in your car for them to come to the door. Second red flag is their handling of the application process. Not only is this an extremely outdated method but it’s unnecessary and puts a huge delay on filling homes, which is just unacceptable in the pm world. I had to go back four separate times because they kept changing what documents were needed! I have a full time job and they would not allow someone else to drop off my paperwork. Once denied, which was a shock since I and my co-applicant have good credit, they call you and refuse to give the details! I’ve NEVER been denied by any company for credit. Again, as someone who works in pm, this is not normal practice. Please, I implore you, do not waste your time or money with this incompetent, backwards company! OWNERS BEWARE…your property will sit vacant for months!! Oh and don’t get me started on their staff…..
