After reading over Google reviews for different property management companies and seeing some really great feedback for Bakersfield Property Solutions, I decided to call in to inquire about a home that was listed on the website. I was greeted on the phone by Shannon. Shannon was so sweet and super informative about the property. She was so nice and professional, and within just a few minutes of speaking with her I knew that I had called the right place. We live in Washington State and I just accepted a new job in Bakersfield so I'm needing to move my family of 4 down within just a couple weeks or so. Shannon was so awesome and understanding of my family situation.

TERRIBLE SERVICE‼️‼️

Since we’ve moved in there’s been nothing but problems. Apparently the owners cheap and there’s a language barrier, and thats why I have water stains and unfinished ceilings. We rented this house because we thought it would be professionally managed, but being scolded by the property manger Robert, and Shannon because I said I needed that fixed by the end of the month is disrespectful. Never mind that I have been asking for that since September and they agreed it should be fixed. Yet today, the answer to our maintenance request is the owner is cheap so if we don’t like it we should move. We are nearly paying $3,000 in rent and this is how we are treated.

The kicker is they let go of their client (the homeowner) after this request, so now we will be working with the homeowner. If you are renting and see an ad that they are managing the property you are interested in you may want to reconsider, because they may just abandon you as well. And if your an owner your may want to reconsider this as well.

Just recently I was looking for a rental property for our family, Shannon has been nothing but helpful and very responsive. This property management seems to actually care about their tenants and hear them out. I look forward to renting from them!
