Stephanie the Property manager was probably the worst PM I have ever dealt with in my life. I genuinely have a concern she makes decisions based off her emotions and is not professional. She has stalked me and my partner and made lies that we had both vehicles parked on property when the car ports are extremely small so my partners vehicle wouldn’t even fit. It’s very unfortunate because the apartment itself is pretty decent it is remodeled. However to deal with the PM was the worst headache. I have spoke with other tenants who share the same feelings and it’s just not right. She doesn’t do anything when you bring a concern. I had a new car and the tenant who parks next to me has an even bigger vehicle and he would constantly park on my side I couldn’t even get in my car. I would call her and ask if she can do something and she never did. The apartments are nice yes but there’s nice apartments everywhere. I would highly suggest to not live here. Not to mention the parking in general on the street is insane.
