I met Fairway Independent Mortgage through my friend and realtor. The team over at Fairway was very efficient, knowledgeable, and concise. I had contacted Jon on a Wednesday, sent documents the next day, made an offer that Sunday and closed 24 days later (28 if you count the holidays).

Also, the service doesn't stop after the mortgage is funded and done. The team at Fairway still send me data on my property.
