This is the fourth (3 mortgages/1 refi) time we've used PrimeLending. Every time we have worked with Larry, a relationship established in late 2012 when we bought our first home, he and his teams are excellent. This time, we had the pleasure of working with Debbie and Larry. As always, communication was top-notch, and their operation was always buttoned up. The Larry Davis Team! I seriously cannot say enough great things about this team. My husband and I are first time home buyers and are so thankful that we were referred to Larry Davis and his team at PrimeLending. I was most impressed with how great Larry and his team are at communication. Every time we had a question, via email or phone call, we received a response instantly. As a first time home buyer, I had many many questions (I'm sure some of them were ridiculous), but Larry and his team were so patient with me and never made me feel silly for any question that I had. Larry Davis and his team have a stellar reputation! I know because I've been one of their service vendors for years now and in a related field for over 30 years. In all that time, I have never had a bad complaint from an escrow or borrower. That doesn't happen just because they're lucky. It comes from real concern for service to their customer. This was my first time ever applying for a mortgage, and Larry and his team made it SO easy. I had heard horror stories about how difficult it was in this climate to get approval and how much paperwork was involved. So I originally contact Larry to just ask him what I needed to work on to finally be able to be a homeowner. Within a week, he got me pre-approved. And they walked me through every step of the process so when it came time to make an offer, I was approved and ready to go. A couple months later I was closing! But what I appreciated the most, was that despite what felt like chaos to me, never rattled him. He was calm, answered all my “sometimes silly” questions, and even helped me find insurance and all the other things I needed. Honestly, I can’t believe it was so easy. (Picking out flooring and hiring a contractor— that’s another story) But you never know if you are ready, unless you ask. I’m so glad I did! Thank you!
