This place is a scam. They tried to sell my house without my knowledge. I’m also reporting them to the department of real estate. They covered my house with for sale signs.

Marcus Lopez DRE# 01879047 was our agent. At first he was very nice and attentive however he lied to us multiple times thought out the process. He would just make excuses and eventually got very defensive because I called him out on all his lies. He's allowed to suggest what to submit on an offer however it's the buyers final decision on what to submit but he completely disregarded our desires and submitted what he wanted without our consent. Long story short he kept on threaten us multiple times with loosing our deposit. He made the whole process a nightmare. I tried to make things right and spoke to his broker MIKE OYOQUE however he was unbothered of the situation and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I would never recommend this office. I was told they have another office in Downey which is ran by MiKe as well. Not the experience a first time home buyer deserves!!!!

I would like to personally thank Ms. Shirley Arnesen-Sanchez for the excellent work she provided to me to procure my first property in November, 2019 and again helping me refinance and obtain a great low interest rate and affordable mortgage payment in May, 2021. She made the home buying experience simple and stress free for me and I couldn't have asked for a more professional individual to help me get out of renting and move into home ownership. Do not sell your home or property through this Real Estate Agency. The agents Mike and Laura in particular were deceitful. The agent Mike impersonated the Broker. They forged signatures after contract was signed. The did not try to sell home. Extremely disappointed. They will not let me out of my contract until June. 9 months after signing.

We had 2 properties and recently sold them. Tax time came around and our tax preparer was asking for a specific form called 593. I left two phone messages with your Escrow Company, and I did not get a call back. My real estate agent called numerous times, as did my husband and my tax preparer. I was told by your personnel that the files were no longer at that office. They were sent to a secondary location. A Warehouse where it would take weeks or anybody to get them. This sounds like 1970s bookkeeping. Your staff obviously thought we were idiots. I have no idea why they refused to give us the Forms we needed. A month later, and after the April 15th tax deadline, all of a sudden the 593 forms for both sold properties were given to us. I don't know why they refused to give them. We were very inconvenienced and stressed out. I received terrible service. And I found it very insulting that they would think that we believe the story of the files being in a warehouse.

There are 2 different businesses there. They should have a small sign in front of the building saying which businesses is which. One is a real estate and one is escrow

If you dont want to be cheated on never ever go to them! We were looking for a new house + wanted to sell our. Their agent found a house whose price was unfair, it was higher(fortunately for us the bank refused to give us a loan, because there is no price like this on the market!!!!!!) Moreover, she forced us to sign a paper but refused to show us the house telling that they had problems with the people who lived there. So, we had to sign the contract but they would show the house later. She ensured us that we could refuse this house anytime! And when we did so they tried to steal our money(first payment 5000$). They told us that it cannot be reversed! For more than 2 weeks they have been"playing" with us! When we came to their office they pointed to each other telling us that they didnt know, it wasnt their concern, we should call another people, couse they have no responsibilities for that. SERIOUSLY?!! This thief works for you and you dont know?!! Or you pretend no to know?!
