Very unhappy with the service received from Agent Laura Luna to her broker Mitch Graves, the transaction coordinator which we never spke to Monica and the lender. Feels as if my husband and I have represented ourselves through this. This has been an awful experience. We went from pure joy to no excitement and feeling alone. . We were be littled and agent got way to familiar nor did the broker or agent take into consideration our wants and were making decisions on their own without consulting us. We also had to retrieve keys ourswlves from seller. It is unfortunate this has happened and hope the next person has a better experience.
