I made an appointment and the manager never showed up. Tried to contact the office and it just goes directly to voice mail. The hours state that they work till 6, it’s not even 4 pm. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I've been residing at Casa Madrid for about 3 months now and it's been nothing but pleasant. There is only one person in the office and they are either taking care of the office or on the grounds taking care of tenants and the property regularly. The property is well maintained and I've seen landscaping here on a weekly basis. But ultimately the property manager, Amber Perez is super attentive to our needs at any and every time we've needed anything. Management has been super friendly and I look forward to staying here in the future years.

I have lived here since July 2020 and I love it. The Jr studio I share with my 7 year old son is a clean, open space with plenty of light shining through. We are downstairs and have a spacious little yard for him to play in. Monique, the property manager is very friendly and professional and has been extremely helpful through some of these challenging pandemic times. The community overall, is friendly, respectful and quiet. It is pet friendly and I have never encountered any issues with pets or pet owners. This is a very peaceful community and I love my quaint little home. I am actually hoping to upgrade to a two bedroom in the next few months.

We have lived here 2017 and have been very happy. The complex is clean and quiet. All the tenants are friendly. Frank is quick to take care of repairs and a genuinely nice guy. The only issue is the parking and that has been an issue since we moved in. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the current manager. She breaks the rules she’s supposed to be enforcing for the paying tenants. She gave herself and her boyfriend parking permits that they are not allowed to have since they have a 2 car garage, making an already bad parking situation even worse and taken away parking from paying tenants. Not to mention her scetchy boyfriend that we’ve caught sleeping in his car and hanging out in the leasing office. If you can overlook that, it’s a very nice place to live.

So to add to this review and let you know what kind of a manager Monique is. Knowing I’m in the hospital, she called me while in the hospital and proceeded to yell at me and call me a liar. All this after my wife had told her the day before that i was in the hospital and i even told her i was in the hospital when she called. She still proceed to rant and would hardly let me get in a word. Once i got off the phone, this had my blood pressure shot up and they had to come in and sedate me to bring my blood pressure back down. She is so unprofessional and I’m surprised that she still has a job.

This apartment complex is very nice but they’re a muscle man that rides a motorcycle that harass his neighbors if they are parked in the parking area without a permit. He acts like a big crybaby security guard. Once he keyed my family member car after exchanging some words with her. He called her a B****! Be careful with this guy. He a crybaby and a snitch! And he rides his bike very fast inside and makes all kinds of noise.

I liked the apartment like its said its clean outside and safe the problem there was garage opening on its own and also all washers where being used for pets there was no specific washing machine or dryer for pets clothing. Got bed bugs for that, they should have specific washers for pets because that can cause an allergic reaction to anyone who is allergic to pets. Yes it is pet friendly but they ask you to pay for a pet not only that they raise rent after contract in which I believe they should let you know rent change after contract is done before signing contract that way you know if it benefits you.

The worst experience I have had at a property by far has been living at Casa Madrid! The property manager, Monique, sucks - plain and simple. Our clothes were stolen, she did nothing. I asked for maintenance to check our air conditioner because it was leaking on the unit below, she did nothing. I wrote an email with a laundry list of concerns/repairs needed, she did nothing. During our pre-inspection for our move out, she voiced over walkie-talkie to the maintenance that she didn’t feel like showing up. She constantly has an attitude when you try to talk to her. During the final move out, she tried to say a drawer was missing and when asked to provide a picture, she never did. When I ended up having to call her on it, she had an attitude once again, and tired to say she was “so busy”, which is unusual because she’s never in her office. Every time you try to visit the office during the office hours, it’s always closed, BUT if it’s a holiday, best believe she’ll be somewhere planning a party (all she’s good for). There was never any consistent working hot water and the light above our door was hanging by electrical wiring for months before it was fixed. The headache of having to deal with a run down place as well as a run down property manager isn’t worth all the money they charge for rent each month, trust me! The downstairs neighbors ALWAYS had their music blasting and the property manager, who lives on site mind you, never said or did anything about it. Oh, but it gets better! When I tried to call the property manager to inquire about the missing drawer and our deposit, not only was her attitude in full effect, she had the audacity to hang up on me. I wish someone would have warned me about this place before I moved in so I’m paying it forward for others who might want to know exactly what they’re getting into before paying that deposit.
