To start off management 5/5 stars. They have been very accommodating from the beginning of my move till now. Vanessa and Laura including the rest of the team have been great. As far as the community, it’s great everyone is friendly and invested. A place where you have a dog park upstairs, and a bar downstairs is a place I call home.

Updated: This new team of Vanessa, Laura, and Ruben that has been brought to the community have been fantastic! They constantly update us on community projects and have started carpet cleaning!!! We were sooo happy to see that. We are beyond happy living here. . I was shocked to read some reviews as I have never had a negative experience with anyone and have been afforded nothing but smiles when speaking to the team. It’s obvious apartment living isn’t for everyone but our neighbors are awesome and our puppies love the dog park. Still loving living here.

We moved in earlier this year and are so happy here. The sky deck is amazing and we love the location. Vanessa, Celina and the team take care of us and are great at communicating updates. When we first moved in we noticed a lot of scuffs on the walls and the grills were dirty. But I have seen the team start painting and clean the shared areas. I do wish they would clean the carpets but 5 stars for the team. I see the effort they are putting in. The cleaning lady does amazing!

beautiful building in and out. amazing amenities and beautiful unit layouts!! stunning views and the views of THE MOUNTAINS. are EVERYTHING. Thank you to Laura for going above and beyond for us during the process🥺 she made sure everything was done and set, although there was a few technical difficulties, she never stopped going above and beyond making sure this apartment was ours. our home for the next year, and i’m so excited to create memories with the people i love. Living at The Orchard has been an absolute dream come true for my family and me! This community goes above and beyond in every aspect, from its stunning modern yet cozy architecture to its exceptional amenities and unbeatable location.
The amenities are truly outstanding. The spa provides the perfect retreat after a long day, while the pool area offers a refreshing escape during leisure time. One of my favorite spots is the co-working space with its professional boardroom - perfect for remote work days. But what truly sets this place apart is "The Bridge to Nowhere," a unique outdoor space where you can enjoy your coffee while reading a book in the fresh air. It's absolutely magical!
The location couldn't be more convenient. With the metro station within walking distance, commuting to the office is a breeze when I don't feel like driving. The surrounding area is filled with local businesses, including charming cafes, Target, and even a Post Office - everything you need is right at your doorstep. The sound of the community clock's chimes adds a touch of charm that makes this place feel even more special.
However, what truly makes The Orchard exceptional is its people. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. But I must give a special mention to the leasing office staff, particularly Vanessa! Although she's a relatively recent addition to the community, her professionalism and kindness bring such positive energy to the place. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and cared for.
The modern architecture strikes a perfect balance between contemporary design and homey comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create an environment that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.

I just moved in a week ago and Vanessa and Laura were so helpful. They both made my move in easy. I also have to add the building is always clean and smells good. I would recommend living here to anyone. Home sweet Home.
