Manny Perez has been an incredible source of knowledge as it pertains to planning and permits for various types of construction projects.
Manny and I met when I visited the LA Department of Building Safety to pull permits for a project I was completing for a restaurant kitchen, and he was curteous enough to help answer some questions regarding permits that not even the person attending me at the office could fully answer for me. He's a wealth of information, has a passion for design and development that I respect, and is just a good person to have on your side if you're in need of someone trustworthy to take care of your project(s), whether it's commercial, residential, soft story retrofitting, etc. Giving Manny and his team at Decla an opportunity to handle your project is a decision you won't regret.
