I’m bless to have clssolution service for my property survey after lots of bad experience in hiring construction services particularly last who did my plan levi design architect who abundant me after I paid in full . Totally opposite of CLSSolution who did extra miles to help me provide the property survey required by city inspector despite of busy season close to Christmas holiday Ben work extra hours just to meet my deadline within 3days he able to finished and submit the report to me thank you Ben your such a good man if I can give more than 5 star is exceed my expectation is just few people like him in this construction industry I recommend him strongly if you need a property survey don’t make any other choices

My new neighbors had a crew outside ready to start installing a fence between our houses and they asked if I knew where the property line was. We called CLSS and they came over on very short notice. We split the costs for that line and had them do the other side for a very reasonable additional fee. Ben did really excellent and efficient work, and has been available to answer questions and supply any paper work I’ve requested since then. I highly recommend using CLSS.

Do not be put off on his style of work. What do I mean by this? Ben shows up and immediately gets to work. No idle chitchat as he is a very busy man and takes his work very seriously.
