I have never had a better experience than buying here at Longo Lexus. This dealership is absolutely unbelievable. The staff here is first class and go above and beyond my expectations. Our salesman (Jorge) is the nicest and informative person I have ever met in my life. The dealership is like being at a home away from home. I Highly recommend Longo Lexus for your car purchasing. The process is fast and seamless, love this Monogram dealership. Monica Lopez in sales was great and awesome and she really goes above and beyond to help you find/purchase the car you are looking for. The entire long Lexus team was amazing, from sales to finance. They also have a team that specializes in explaining all the features in your vehicle before you head out. Andrew was great on helping me set up some of my features on my IS 300F. UPDATE: After posting my initial review, I was contacted by Clement Cisneros, the service manager at Longo Lexus. He reached out to understand my concerns and took care of the issue professionally. I appreciate how Clem handled everything with care and made sure my car would be fully inspected and repaired without any further inconvenience. I’m glad the issue was resolved, and I appreciate their dedication to making things right.

I had a terrible experience with Longo Lexus service. I dropped off my car due to a check engine light, and they diagnosed it as a port injector issue. I trusted them, paid over $3,000 for the repair, and left my car there for a week. After finally picking it up, I thought everything was fine—until just a week later, I got a “Reduced Engine Power” warning.

It’s clear that they either didn’t diagnose the issue correctly or didn’t do the repair properly. After spending so much money, I should not be dealing with another major problem so soon. This shows a lack of thorough work and quality control.

Now, I have to deal with taking the car back and wasting even more time. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually fixes your car the first time, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be bringing my car back here again.

Top notch lexus dealership. Great customer service. We drove 50miles away from are house passing lots of other dealership and let me tell u it is well worth it. Had couple of hick-ups but they took care of it.

Longo Lexus El Monte is top notch! It was our first time there and what a great experience. Buying a car is usually an all day frustrating process, but not at Longo Lexus. I had an exceptional buying experience with Marc Fata. My wife was looking for a 2025 RX450h+ in a somewhat rare color combo (so rare, that these guys had the only 3 on the west coast) we handled the entire transaction via text, phone and email.
