PARKING LOT – Let me get straight to the point: this is where you're most likely to run into all your problems. Car thefts and break-ins are very common and weekly. My car, neighbors and I lost count of whose else's car was broken into, and over my five years living here, parking units are getting hit almost weekly. The storage units aren't much safer either—mine was broken into as well and walk through the parking lot and you'll see what I mean.

Unfortunately, the leasing staff doesn’t seem too concerned. When you report it to them, they will say sorry and continue laughing with their colleagues while your lost wondering who stole your stuff. They occasionally bring in a security guard, but I often found the guard either hanging out at the gym at night or just sitting around somewhere—not really keeping watch.

Everything else? Pretty solid. The maintenance team is amazing—responsive and professional. The surrounding area is beautiful and feels nice to live in. The apartment itself could’ve been built a little better, but it works fine for temporary housing.

Do not rent here. Worst management team. Lies false promises. Property smells like urine dog feces and trash. Maintenance team is horrible I’ve been waiting for things to be fixed in my apartment for over 3 months and consistently get the run around and I’m being told I need to pay extra $50 for things that were broken or damaged prier to me moving in. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Nothing but problems since day one. Do not rent here. Zero stars

I still live here, price is slightly high and there are no roach or bug infestations. I just wish they maintained things better like the heaters, and the sinks are very low so it’s hard to clean dishes and the water pressure in the sinks is very low too. Management varies, some people are friendly, like the maintainence guys, some are not so friendly. As for parking, their shouldn’t be any break-ins if we pay for security, which we do and there still seems to be break-ins every now and then. Everything else is good!

I lived here at the Hills for the majority of 4 years. The residence was nice, the grounds are very lovely, the maintenance and custodial staff are a bunch of great guys and the neighbors are mostly quiet and have a fair amount of growing families. The only issue is the leasing office staff could be a bit standoffish once your a resident. They took care of wait they could, but there could be more of a wholesome touch there... overall though, it was my pleasure to there, and I would still be there if I didn't need more space at a better price.

Parking is a nightmare though.

Extremely poor sound insulation is a major issue here. You can hear everything your neighbors do, from laundry to bathroom use and even just walking around. Additionally, the neighbors' disregard for noise levels, with their TV and phones at maximum volume, only exacerbates the problem.

Despite attempts to seek help from the leasing office, their lack of responsiveness, instructing to file noise complaints via email with no follow-up, adds to the frustration. Overall, this has been the worst experience imaginable.

I've lived here for about 2 years or so, as a kid to experience this apartment complex, it is an amazing way to grow a family. Various activites for holidays and the pools are very great for summer. The toddler lot is a awesome playground for kids. 10/10 love it.

Lights are very bright and not necessary or practical. A few months ago the complex installed these nice little lights that casted a ring of light on the ground and they were great!

Then they installed 2 mega lights that are brighter than halogen brights on a truck- that point directly at our building and windows. A few weeks after that, they installed ANOTHER ONE on the other building. We can’t sleep with the window open cause it looks like daytime, with a baby due in 2 weeks, this is absolutely miserable.

Used to be much better. Vehicles stolen, barely seen “security” , 3/5 rude & dishonest office staff, told if your not happy due to smelly, loud and trashy neighbors, you can move out, no enforcement of community rules, parts of property landscaping does not touch for months, smeared dog poop around, hallways smell like weed and pee from all the puddles of dog pee everywhere. If you are a tenant who follows every rule above and beyond, they still treat you like every other person who doesn’t give a crap about the property rules here. Those people live happily ever after while the rule abiders get told you can leave.
