A large community center for the HOA. Has multiple sections which is good for separating groups. Also immediate access to kids playground and lap swimming pool.

Love the home but the construction team hired makes living here a nightmare! The team is in such a rush a lot of corners are cut! They also constantly block the only entrance/exit & will see you trying to leave and continue on as if you're an inconvenience to them they have ZERO respect for the residents they're building for. They've made me late to work on several occasions. They also enjoy cutting residents off & speeding (once watched a guy one hand drive a bulldozer around while eating his lunch with his other hand which is super safe!) around the blind corners almost hitting me on several occasions, or standing in the middle of (again the only road currently open) and having conversations while giving you dirty looks for disturbing them & politely asking them to move (sorry i live here and am trying to get home after a long day of work?). They also leave cones, shattered glass & other materials in the middle of neighborhood. HOA also refuses to enforce that homes purchased without a driveway do not have a parking space & overcrowd the shared courtyard which is also another nightmare. Overall AVOID purchasing a home here as what's painted in the model homes & beginning process is a far fetch from the reality of living here. Also currently have a coyote problem here which is worrisome if you have small pets or children!
