I’ve been living in his brand new O’Shea homes. I have lived in 4 different homes and this is by far the worst. Everything breaks down from bathroom doors, doorknobs, cabinets. Nothing works after a year. I see mold in my house all over. Everything made with material that does not seem to hold up. I can hear the next door neighbors 24 7 because of the thin walls. These guys need to look at themselves for once.

Bought a home here and decided not go through with the transaction once I got the results of the home inspection. Buyer beware! My NEW home had black mold all over the exposed wood in the crawl space. Shea sold the house to someone else right away but did not give me my money back. Litigation in process. They should call this neighborhood MOLDENBERG. RUN! If you are looking for quality and a responsive builder - in my oppinion Shea is not what you are looking for. Everything that came up on my home inspection report Shea and Emily the sales person played down as a non issue or asked if they could fix it after we moved in. They hired a guy to come spray some bleach on the mold, wipe down what was visible and sold the house to someone else right away. I called some mold remediation companies and they said it was not a simple fix like the builder described. You could see spots of black mold all over the wood in the crawl space.
