At a time when people need more affordable housing and with limited real estate, it's really frustrating to see one more luxury housing project being built. Starting at $3 million? Utter depravity, and the people you elect want to keep you in your granny flats, tiny homes and commandeered motels.

They used to pump oil out of this place for years and they recently covered the holes. High levels of cancer in this area.

The interior and exterior of the houses were awesome but to be honest.. it's overpriced for what you pay. You virtually have a nonexistent front and backyard. Now if you don't care for a backyard and being exceptionally close to your neighbors too then it's a place for you. Either way I think a price tag of 1.5 million+ (closer to 2) for one of the toll brother homes is money not well spent as you can live in better areas than Montebello for that price and view.

I have been here literally about 5 times and been checking out the model and new developments that are coming along mostly westridge. Love the location. They have several downsides #1 The 3 story homes that are built from space 6-16 is terrible for the amount you pay and can’t have views not only from the 1st floor but also the 2nd floor balcony. 🤦‍♂️ I don’t understand why the builder did this you are literally facing your neighbors wall. That being said the amount for 2.4 mil and you get a 5.5k lot size with only 3rd floor views is disappointing for me.

There are active and abandoned oil wells throughout this entire development. Houses are less than 1 km away from oil wells which poses health risks. From a health and safety perspective, I would not buy here. Do your research.
