Heartland Property Management provided us with the best support as renters that we have ever received. Starting with Moe and Claudia who responded extremely quick to our initial inquiry about the property and had us moved in within two weeks. While living at the property we only needed two items repaired both of which were taken care of immediately. My household was ready to purchase a home 5 months in to our 12 month lease, which Heartland supported by finding new renters to prevent payment on two properties. Don, our point of contact for moving, explained the transition process, kept us informed about the search for new tenants, and worked with us in any other way imaginable. On the final walkthrough he didn’t hold normal ware and tear against our deposit and was all around a stand up guy in terms of a property manager. THANK YOU HEARTLAND!

There have been numerous occasions where Don would give me some bad attitude and I believe he just doesn't bother to do this job. There are always an extreme delay of up to at least a couple of months for simple things and I feel like they purposely wait on me because I am not very important. They are not very proactive at all to communicate things and issues from the tenants and I believe they just don't bother to do anything and just want to keep reeling in management fees for doing as little as possible, rather than truly treating clients' properties as theirs like they say they would. Also it's a family owned biz and I can see why there is no accountability whenever things don't get back to me promptly, things get delayed on purpose, and things don't get done at all. In conclusion, I would not recommend them to anyone who needs property management services.

They took my security deposit. Everything that you fix for them they will still charge you. So no point on fixing up the apartment before you leave. No recycling in my apartment complex. I also believe they discriminated against me because they did a full background check on me and saw my complete private history. With bank history and job history. When I had a secure job and transfer. But my fiancé had no job and income and they did not question him. He has a privileged white name. When mine is straight up Mexican. During the move out interview they didn’t mention one thing, they said everything looks good then I received a bill for 400 dollars and they took my whole deposit. Never again. Bye.

If these people tell you they won’t charge you and application fee unless they call you or ask if your still interested in the place is a lie! I was told we won’t charge your 40$ application
Fee until we call you and let you know your next in line. Well that never happened . I woke up and the money was out of my account and they did nothing try and approve me . On top
Of that they are asking for another 20$ on per screening . My dog is a 20lb small Shiba Inu a very smart and clean breed. At this point they just want you to spend money on doing all this
Process for a studio . I get it if I was applying for an amazing apartment in a great area but honestly is not even worth the hastle. So many other places that are nicer . I rather spend the extra hundred or two on a better company and apartment .

These guys are the shadiest property managers of the lot. They do nothing to protect the tenant's rights and are only interested in their bottom line and their collecting their monthly charges from the owners. They are very disrespectful and ignore all complaints with HOA. Look elsewhere! Mention the word "mold" and they clam up when they know they are required to do a mold remediation. They have ignored all my correspondence and so I have to do my own mold inspection. Terrible service and rude staff!

They have been nothing short of professional and go to great lengths to treat every property as if it were their own. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

It was a pleasure to work with this company. They were able to get me in and out of a rental apartment fairly easy. They had no issues renting the apartment I was in after I sprung on them I had to leave 1 month shy of my lease. They always had my maintenance issues corrected in a timely manner. I have always had good communication with the property manager so no complaints there. I would recommend using their rental services.

This is not a good management company! We returned the house we were renting in Great condition and now are having to go to court to get our deposit back because they failed to return it and it's been over 40 days. So if you're going to do business with them, please beware! Plus, it's our money and not theirs. We returned the property in better condition when we received it and are still having this issue. They are shady and I simply do not recommend doing business with them.
