Guys this management company Is the worst management company ever!!!!! They do not fix anything!!!
They are slumlords who take advantage of the poor and make them do their own home repairs by denying them home repair services, I’ve heard that the living conditions are so bad they have rat or rotten infections through out their units and homes.
They have been scoulded by the city for years for not getting repairs done and for having renters pay full rent to live inhabitable conditions this place should shut down. Employees are never available. Home inspections are never done. Repairs and fixtures are never completed.
They just want to have their tenants in bad conditions paying full rent and intimidating them not to speak out on the landlord or they use other neighbors to harass any tenant that makes a complaint, by offer them rental discounts to certain tenants to spy and gossip about them so they don’t report the bad living conditions. Stay away from Ideal properties!!!!

I worked with IPM in applying for one of their properties. Ended up not renting but they were excellent in conveying my lease questions and were very flexible. Highly recommend their services.
