I’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but this one is by far the best! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and taken care of.

I was living at their newly built the “M” apartment couple blocks away from their office for 2 years. This is the BEST apartment I’ve ever lived. I moved out from Orange County and was worried about living in Covina in the beginning. During our tour, we are surprised to find that they spent a lot of money on the furnitures and appliances and upgrades on bathroom. We are very happy about the apartment so we extended the lease for another year and we would continue to do so if no force majeure factors. Linda and Crystal are very friendly, responsive and accommodating. They always put us in the first place, and the neighbors are super friendly too. Thank you McIntyre for making us a beautiful home in Covina.
