Over the year I was renting one of Sean’s property. Aside from it being a beautiful home, Sean has been wonderful landlord. He is open to request on bettering the home to suit your needs and he always gets issues resolved as soon as you let him know. He is extremely friendly and always there to help you have the best stay possible! I couldn’t recommend Sustainable Property Management and Sean as a landlord more.

Sean is the best landlord we’ve ever had! So kind, responsive, and quick to resolve any issue (though there were few). He is trustworthy, super easy to communicate with, and we always enjoyed seeing him on the occasion he was around. I rented one of the properties for two years. The location was great - plenty of parking, just a five minute drive from downtown San Diego. The landlord was very responsive and took great care of the property. It had nice amenities, like a yard, grill, and hot tub. One of the best rental experiences I've had.

Sustainable Properties was awesome from booking through checking out. Very responsive and the detailed checkin instructions complete with pictures made finding the place and getting settled a breeze. And the condo!! What a gem at the base of Big Bear Mountain. If anyone is looking for a spot walking distance to the lift, ask about Sean's place in Big Bear! Thanks again for an incredible mid-week vacation 🙂

Have stayed in the Eco Studio numerous occasions, since 2015. Unit’s amenities are more than adequate for you to have a pleasant stay. Studio is centrally located. Safe neighborhood. Just minutes to downtown, zoo, park, etc. Landlords are very attentive to your needs.
