I am a landlord and Investors Property Management (IPM) has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so friendly and personable from the start, and it was evident that they really care about providing a valuable service to their clients. I got such a good feeling during our first discussion that I didn’t even bother calling another PM company. Soon after we got into contract, IPM did an comprehensive inspection of the property and found several issues that needed to be fixed. I’ve never seen an inspection report so detailed and thorough. It was amazing! Some of the issues needed permitting due to the extent of work required (I acquired the property with all these issues). IPM used their contractors and resources to fix all the issues and they worked with the city to get the permits issued and completed. I was super impressed how they handled everything so efficiently, and their communication throughout the whole process was outstanding. Simply put, they get things done and done right! I thought it was going to take a lot more time to fix all the issues and they got it done in half the time I had planned for. And the home looked fabulous after all the work was completed. IPM immediately marketed the property and screened the tenants thoroughly to ensure that we had the right fit. And now the property is producing income with great tenants. What I also like about IPM is that they are so easy to talk to. Just really nice people. I enjoy our conversations and they are always available to discuss anything. They are soooo knowledgeable about this industry. And I feel like they are taking care of my property as if it was their own. Big shout out to Elly and Kelsey you gals are the best! If you are looking for a property management company than look no further, your property will be in the best hands with IPM.

She is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and most importantly she picks up calls and replies emails/texts promptly.
