They operate as a whole team so whenever there is a listing, it gets shared with the entire agent network.
That means most likely both tenants and landlords will reach a win-win situation, which IMO is the most important thing.

The team is very experienced and has a very strong vendor network, so they handle tenant requests quickly with reasonable prices.

Let me tell you that the team at Vantage is easy to work with. I was debating on selling my home or renting it. long story short we have been using vantage property management for over 3 years on my home and have had great success. My rent is deposited electronically into my account. the company online system is amazing, you can call them and they will call you back if they dont answer asap. just nothing but good old fashioned service. I needed to sell my home this summer and Chris was able to place the property for sale with the tenant inside, get several above asking offers and close before expected closing date while i was on family vacation.
