I recently moved into Pleasant Ridge Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience — especially thanks to the amazing help from Lina Yu, the resident manager. From the very beginning, Lina made the entire application process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and quick to answer any questions I had along the way.

After moving in, I had a couple of minor issues with my unit, and Lina went above and beyond to ensure they were resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone so committed to providing excellent service, and she made me feel truly welcome in the community.

The apartment complex itself is well-maintained, peaceful, and has everything I was looking for. Thanks to Lina and the great team at Please Ridge Apartments, the transition to my new home has been a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I recently toured Pheasant Ridge Apartments when my sister was moving in, and I have to say — I was really impressed! Even though I’m not the one moving, I could tell right away that it’s a wonderful place to live. The property was so clean, well-kept, and felt very welcoming. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the apartment managers, Eboney, and oh my gosh, she was so sweet, kind, and helpful. I feel confident that my sister is going to love living here, and it gave me real peace of mind seeing how well everything is managed. Highly recommend checking out Pheasant Ridge if you’re looking for a new home!

Pheasant Ridge Apartments is the worst place to live, they fix everything superficially and the problems are never really taken care of. They tow your car even if you are a tenant and have a valid permit , they try to find any possible way to scam you
I started having plumbing problems on my first month after I moved in. The upstairs neighbors clogged their sink and the water came up in my sink and flooded my kitchen. The sink in my bathroom smells like sewage it’s just a horrible smell to have to smell every morning. My kitchen sink has been flooded over five times since I’ve moved in. I’ve had to request a maintenance request every month for plumbing problems and other issues. The management is also very rude useless and very unprofessional. One of the manager came and knocked my door like she was the police, I requested that the carpet be replaced because it has been getting wet due to plumbing problems, I’m sure it now has mold. Other issues that I have noticed in the apartment complex is there is never any parking. Some tenants they don’t have the concept to clean after their dog poop all over the floor ,I’ve also witnessed people jumping the fence or walk after tenant to come in and use the pool and other amenities. Weirdos doing drugs and drinking alcohol by your window where you have young kids and have to inhale that thru the window you ask the mangment to take any action but good luck they couldn’t even send you a note or email to move your car when they cut trees and leave it until it get scratches

Professionally managed , Ideally located, (all malls are in walking distance) gated and secured surroundings, quite and up kept complex, its our best decision to move in here.

You will be signing up for house and car break in, water shut down for no reason, management never present nor helpful, maintenance just worst … insecurity and no accountability from the management !
the management is rude af ! Trust me don’t lose a yrs here with ant and roaches all over your apartment ! They have none better to do but to bully they own residents instead of protecting and taking care of them ….
Just imagine your register car with the office getting tow and for one night you have to pay 500 to 1000 to get your car back with a tow company that keeps on changing they business name because they be on so many lawsuit !
We as current and past renter need to get together and have a class lawsuit against them, it free to files because this needs to be stop !

Pheasant Ridge Apartments is Not the place you want to live.
Too Corporate with rules that don't make sense.

We just moved in two weeks ago and gave us paper permits for our parking passes. My girlfriend's paper permit fell off her dash in her registered car and instead of looking up if the car belonged to one of their tenants, security called a towing company and had her car towed. We had to pay $380 dollars to get the car out.
When I asked the manager why they just didn't call us or email us, she told me that those were the rules and there was nothing she could do about it.

I don't recommend tenants like a number and not actual human beings.
