Tony Chen is probably the worst real estate agent I have ever worked with. he won never returned your text messages calls or emails on time it's always on his time and more than likely it's around 9:10 at night when businesses are normally closed at that time. I was a vendor cleaning one of their tenants pools and basically they let me go because they wanted to cut down the price on the pool maintenance and didn't want to take care of the repairs that needed to be done so anywhere else they go as far as for a pool service they would have to get it done regardless. I've never words with such an unpresidented company like this company and always trying to wiggle themselves out of having to pay their vendors. they still owe me money for the job that I did back in April and a couple extra things that needed to be done and taking care of for the pool and not returning any of my text messages and the homeowner that is supposed to write me a check has never once got in contact with me or even try to resolve the situation. they wanted documentation of what the tenant was paying me so they could write it for their taxes and yet they asked me for one thing and then came back to me asking for more and more and more trying to avoid once again paying me. I will see it again Tony Chen is the worst person to ever work with so whoever works with him I'm sorry for you and I hope that you find yourself in a better situation with a better real estate Management company.
