This review is for Johnny Lam - Johnny Lam did a FANTASTIC job getting my family and I into a new beautiful property for lease in Ladera Ranch.

He was communicative, on time to all appointments, kept my inquiries and requests all feel like his top priority, negotiated a great deal for me, just a wonderful agent and I feel very blessed to have had the pleasure to work with him.

This review is for Johnny Lam ONLY, not the rest of the agents working at this company (everyone else I dealt with was great). My experience of working with Johnny was horrible. He wouldn't return my phone calls, emails, or texts, it was impossible to get an answer from him on a property I was very interested in. He is completely unprofessional and dealing with him left a bad taste in my mouth. I finally found another place, no thanks to him, but if I was ever in the market again I would NEVER go to Johnny Lam.

Realtor requested a home showing with <24 hour notice (during Friday evening). So the family & I clean the home (which has a full 3D doll house tour online) & requirement for proof of funds, offer letter or letter of Pre-qualification. Realtor and clients showed up in two cars. They stood in front yard for 10-15 minutes on their phones.....apparently waiting for someone. No - they called my broker and cancelled the appointment. Said they'd called back if they changed their minds. Wow...just wow.
