This is a looong overdue review for Team Remo, we met Remo thru my brother-in-law and we cannot be more satisfied with the job he did for us, first helping us to prep our house to put it on the market (Remo himself even helped us to load and haul the excess trash we got from cleaning out the house), then selling it for above asking price and finally his team helped us find our upgrade home. Working with them didn't feel like a business relationship, they really make you feel like family. BIG SHOUT-OUT to the whole team, Remo, Kathy, Jessica and Marysol who was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly with us during the whole buying process. Seriously the whole team is great, very professional, knowledgeable and super caring, if you're looking for someone to help you with your real estate needs Remo is your guy, you have to give him a call! 5 star customer service for everyone in Team Remo.

Being a buyer with Team Remo was an amazing experience. I worked with Rebecca Wallace and right away she listened to what I wanted and got straight to work with helping me. Previous agents I worked with were all about "just buying something" not thinking about what was best for me or my family. Working with Rebecca and the rest of the team I had the opposite experience. Remo and his team are AWESOME!!! I got the pleasure to have Francisco help us find our first home. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and Francisco always answered everything, and would even answer them in Spanish sometimes so my husband could better understand. He would call everyday to explain everything that was going on. As it could sometimes be frustrating going through escrow having Francisco explaining every step was a relief for us. Since our schedules during the week are hectic Francisco would arrange our meetings or phone conversations to our schedule. My cousin purchased a home with remo about 6 years ago and she recommended them. We finally said 2019 is our year to buy and called Remo. I can't wait to be a part of their home buyers family now. I'm telling you Francisco is part of a great team,l will forever be thankful for what they did for me and my family. Adding on to my review 2022 my family and I enjoy their seasonal events. Remo the Realtor really helped us in our first house purchase journey. He connected us with Francisco to help us purchase a New Construction home. Francisco is very professional and knowledgeable about everything and was very helpful in any questions we had and always went to viewings or meetings we wanted him to accompany us to. Ok here it goes; This Review is going to be Loooong. Remoun and THE TEAM are a Wonderful group of people; Our family is so grateful for their services. ReNew Real Estate makes the entire Process of Purchasing a Home....."Easy as Cake" =o) I was referred to Remoun and that next day he called me just to get to know a little more about our family and of where we were interested in buying. We saw homes, put an offer and the rest was history...... One thing I really liked about Remoun was that he was honest with giving his opinion on the homes we were looking at. He wasn't like the "others" that would compliment ANY house just to make a sale. He made us feel comfortable enough that I wouldn't hesitate to call or e-mail him any of my concerns (even when he was in Japan) LOL Thanks Remoun ! In reference to the First-Time Home-Buyers Programs, Remoun and THE TEAM are experts!!! Like I mentioned before; when we had questions regarding the First Time Home Buyer Program he and the staff would always answer our questions within a reasonable amount of time frame. During the entire process Remo was always available and if for any reason he wasn't; one of the girls was sure to take his place. If the staff needed our Original signature on any paperwork; they always offered to meet us halfway so we wouldn't have to go out to their office. The day we received our keys, was a very Special point in our lives and Remoun and The TEAM made sure to Celebrate that moment with us and I'm so grateful they even made a little video-clip of the event; even though I was super shy =/ We felt very comfortable with Remoun and not one moment did we feel pressured into buying. In the outcome we were 100% SURE we made the right choice. Whenever anybody asks me about Remoun; I give them his info and then I tell them "Just please go see him"...........I myself went to accompany a friend of mine to the Program's Seminar and after she met with Remoun; she advised me to simply go to see where I stand and the Hubby and I ended up moving into our home a couple of weeks before her. I've recommended many people and so far I believe 2 people are in the process of purchasing. The rest just haven't taken the first step which is to go see them. Remoun and THE TEAM are hard workers, experts and very honest. He knows what he's talking about ; )
UPDATE!!!!! Remo and his team are AWESOME!!!!! We love referring family and friends to him. I referred my sister a few years ago and she purchased her very first home with Remo and his team, I'm so proud of my sister for purchasing her home on her own. Recently I referred my cousin which is like a sister to me and she and her husband received the keys to their home this month. I'm so thankful for Remo and his Team. Keep up the good work guys. Also; thank you for spoiling us with goodies and gifts throughout the year, we truly appreciate it.
