In hindsight, if there was any area for improvement, I would have appreciated an earlier breakdown and more discussion of escrow fees and final closing costs. While the overall process went smoothly, a bit more clarity in those areas would have provided additional confidence.
Nonetheless, throughout the entire process—from renovations through closing—Juan was always accessible, responsive, and proactive. He kept me informed at every stage, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had through calls, texts, and emails.

If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. I highly recommend Juan Alderete. He is amazing at his job. I live in Texas and was tasked with preparing my father's house for sale in the Los Angeles area, (Mission Hills). I took a week to head out to Mission Hills and start the cleanup process along with trying to find a realtor. I had a referral from a friend but wasn't comfortable after meeting with this realtor who lives a couple hours away and isn't familiar with the area. Juan knows this area and many of the neighbors know Juan. He just happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by. Within a couple days, he had all the information I needed to start the process. The plan was for me to finish cleaning and clearing out the house and then list in the middle of August. Juan happened to be working with another party looking for a house and thought this house would be a great fit for them. He asked if he could show them the house in late July before we even had the house emptied out or cleaned. We were still 3 weeks away from listing the house. They wanted the house and we closed on Aug. 15th. 21 days in total from when we received the offer. Juan went above and beyond. The house was unoccupied, and Juan made a point to drive by regularly to make sure we didn't have any unwanted guest. He also found a cleaning service to go in before inspection. He was there every step of the way and available to answer any and all questions. There were many hoops to jump through, but Juan made it easy even though I live in Texas.
Selling a home is stressful, but Juan is so engaged and knowledgeable it made the whole process stress-free.

Absolutely recommend Juan & Gabby for any real estate needs!! They are both compassionate people that worked towards our best interest.
