Having Monica represent us in selling our property is the best experience we have had with a realtor. She is honest, professional, energetic, ethical and always considered our best interest.

We met Monica at an open house on a Saturday near where we owned rental property. We were looking for a realtor as well as what was currently available in the market. When we walked out of the open house we both knew we wanted Monica as our agent.

The following Monday Monica called and we set up an appointment to meet with her at our vacant rental on Tuesday.
