Dennis and Janet took over from Lynda Bowers business while we were renting. They were able to set up a website for us to pay our rent. Dennis was very responsive to all our needs. He is very kind and helpful. We had no issues while living there. However, we hit a little snag with ending our lease per lease terms that were set by previous company. We had a few conversations about different interpretation of the lease. We also had to appeal some of the charges at the end of our stay. The owners of the property, which Dennis managed, were not very cooperative and understanding. We were very good tenants, doing half of the repairs and improvements ourselves, and were a little disappointed with how our time ended. The owners of the property had no idea about the shape of the property and did not invest any money into any remodeling. We had to put many requests with the previous company to get things fixed up. It was old, outdated and falling apart. However, the price was reflective of it. Just a word of caution. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at their property. Due to the way things ended, I rate it at 4 stars. Otherwise, it would have been all 5.

And this is not dennis who owns the company any more he was awesome this is some new people that don't know how to do thier job

They are never at the office on time they don't answer the phone they leave the office early request are never answered they say one thing and do another I'd highly recommend for you to find another real-estate agency cause they will not help you they will take ur money and then ghost you they don't care about the customer they are greedy FIND SOMEONE THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU OUT
