The only reason this company deserves any stars is because Maggie was helpful in the touring process. Other than her, this company is beyond awful. Not only are they unwilling to work with newly commissioned military personnel in providing proof of income, when you do provide prior proof of income, make sure the bank statements only have 1 name on them or they will slash the income amount in half. Also, when trying to gather more information, if you email the Zillow contact after having already talked to an agent, they are extremely rude and will only allow you to talk with the other agent. Unnecessarily difficult and would not recommend wasting your time with these people.

I most definitely wanna give a big thumbs up to Ashley & Jennifer they both have been very helpful because I’m definitely a handful & very impatient & I’ve saw some bad reviews but honestly my experience has been good just a few bumps but most of all it’s been wonderful i definitely recommend Ashley & Jen 10/10 🩷🩷🩷

Imagine charging nearly $1500 in rent and you as the tenant must supply your own refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer. Hard pass on this one.

Reached out via Zillow regarding a rental property. Toured the property and decided to apply. My husband and I filled out all paperwork, paid all fees ($123) and sent all supporting documentation. When submitting the fee it popped up an error and showed the fee was still unpaid. I reached out to the company via agent Jessica Taylor and explain what happened and sent screenshots of the $123 drafted from my bank account. She seemed short and like it wasn’t a big deal. The next morning I’m told if I don’t pay my fees by 1pm my application will be denied. After explaining for a second time that I had already paid them and for some reason it just wasn’t reflecting on the site I was told “ummm…just a minute”. I then get a screenshot requesting I send proof I paid. So again, I send proof it’s been taken care of. Now this morning I’m being told that it doesn’t matter I have a bank receipt for the $123 with their company name and phone number on it because I don’t have a confirmation email to go along with it. Since this whole ordeal has started I’ve called the company multiple times and left messages with no response. The “agent” Jessica Taylor only responds via text. Learn from my mistakes. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If they can lose $123 and act like it’s my fault what will they do with my rent? My deposit? I’ve since heard from multiple others with similar experiences. They're a scam!

This is the second time this property has a for rent sign vacant home available. Once you call to inquire manager tells customers it's rented out. I suggest to remove for rent signs. Informed once tenant moved in they will remove the vacant sign which is alarming! False advertisement. Kind of sketchy!

Me and fiance paid 123 dollar to apply for a property with this company after meeting all requirements their agent Ashley seamon first told me to send her paycheck stubs which met the requirements..then asked for my W2 and divided the total income by 12 which makes no sense at all because if I missed days due to sickness or anything of course my total income yearly goes down.which is nowhere in the requirements.then said they go off of net pay..but before you apply it says they go by gross and either way me and fiance make more than enough ..then the topping on the cake is her saying that we can get a cosigner but the cosigner has to make 6x times the rent which comes out to 6570 dollars.and then proceeded to offer me and my fiance with 3 kids a 2 bedroom duplex..THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR THAT MANY PEOPLE TO LIVE IN A 2 BEDROOM..LMBO please stay away from this company..and ashley please learn how to spell Michael,and stop cheating hard working americans
