Kevin is the best. We had to sell a house in Alaska while living in Tennessee. Kevin did all the legwork from showing the home, being available for some repair workers and doing some himself, and all the paperwork. He even helped with a dead battery in the car we had to leave. All while welcoming a new baby! We could not have accomplished the sale so easily without Kevin, he really cares about his client, not just about the sale.

I cannot recommend Kevin enough for all of your realty needs whether you are buying or selling a home. He is professional, responsive, personable, very easy to work with and went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Kevin’s photography and advertising plan caught the attention of the perfect family to buy our home, adopt our older cat so she could stay in her lifelong home, and ultimately buy our car since we are retiring and leaving the state. It could not have worked out better for both families and our beloved cat! Thank you again Kevin!

Kevin was able to help my wife and I purchase our first home. Considering we had never been in the housing market we had a lot to learn.
