They do not read what is written to them in the 'Contact' form, they simply reply asking unrelated questions, making it quite clear they do not know why you contacted them in the first place. If they cannot read a few simple sentences before reaching out to me I would not trust them to handle any real estate transaction that would obviously require much more attention to detail than they seem capable of.

Carl Wiltfong did an amazing job for us throughout out relcation from out of state. It was a long and rather arduous process, and Carl stuck by us and advocated for us throughout. Larry aka Beau and Kari were the worst realtors we have ever dealt with. Horrible design ideas, work for buyer not seller, non professional and extream lack of knowledge overall. Our house sold itself no help to these two charltons. Stay clear from them and this firm.
