Dnardigras’ fabricated allegations in his review resulted from a contentious divorce not a true review. The Judge approved Western Enterprises (W.E.) to manage these properties and Court Orders forcibly removed dnardigras from managing them creating his ill will, ultimately losing the properties to me. I have been the sole owner of the commercial properties for the last 18 months and I continue to use W.E. high quality service for management. W.E. facilitates everything; DEC water testing, repairs, leasing, keeping tenants happy, etc. Even during the 2022 disaster emergency wind-storm, W.E. provided generators and heaters to avoid costly frozen pipes! W.E. followed up with overseeing needed repairs from the damage while tying-in the insurance company for prompt reimbursal. W.E.'s management team goes above and beyond to ensure my buildings remain top desirable properties. Not only do I get routine calls from W.E. when unexpected expenses arise, I also get monthly written reports along with complete and accurate bookkeeping. W.E. are experts in the field of property management and they do it very well!

Hired this company to manage my commercial office buildings, and they misappropriated funds, did unauthorized work, and overcharged for items I should not have been billed for. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed, I suggest you look elsewhere!
