Kim is the real deal. She's everything you could want in a realtor and more! She went above and beyond to ensure our home purchase went smoothly in spite of some obstacles that arose from the selling agent. Kim helped me purchase my first home and was extremely helpful during the entire process!

Kim showed she truly cared for what I was looking for in a home and the style of my home! I sent her a list of homes I wanted to tour and she followed up asking if I would be open to touring 2 additional homes I had not included previously as they were in the same city and met my criteria. One of the homes she added to the list was one I’d seen online, but thought it was out of my price range and didn’t include originally. This ended up being the home I fell in love with and purchased! She informed me while touring the home that she pulled comps for it already and believed it would appraise for closer to my budget - and it did!!

During the contract negotiations she was quick to relay information and finalize details. I’ve been in the home Kim helped me close on for 3 years now and I always recommend her to anyone I know looking for an agent!!

Kim Turner sold our house for us and I would definitely recommend using her! She was wonderful and so helpful! I can't brag enough about her!
