I have lived in the somerset apartments for a couple months now. I can not say enough about this place. They made the process of moving in easy. They are very welcoming and friendly. I have felt very safe living here. They keep the apartment and landscape nice. Amazing place to feel and I feel like I am a part of a community here.

My husband and I just moved in the other day, and this community already feels like home! The office staff is by far the best I've come across in a while, especially Kristen Holloway. It's so refreshing to see that there are still apartment communities out there that truly fulfill their residents needs. We're looking forward to the community events and food trucks. We also received a thoughtful note and treats on move-in day! I would also like to add the apartment was clean and smelled amazing!!!!!

My husband and I just moved in a couple weeks ago and the entire process was seamless. We were approved within a couple hours and able to move into our new home within a few days. Kristen has been very efficient and prompt. The unit was very clean and just as advertised. The grounds are well kept and it is so safe and quiet. We were a little worried about the train but barely hear it in our home. We are very happy with our decision to move here.

Wonderful place to stay, the past couple of years have been amazing, office staff are always friendly and responsive, maintenance team as well. I'm sad that I have to leave, only leaving due to ownership not allowing me to renew my lease after specifically stating when I first started renting that due to my pay schedule my rent would always be late, I gladly paid the late fees, stayed in communication with the office staff, and was told that it wouldn't be an issue. Even allowing me to renew my lease and move to a a larger apartment to accommodate having my kids visit me on weekends. And now that management has changed they won't renew my lease. This is nothing against any personnel on site, this is specifically targeted to their management.... Shame on you, of all the things to be so pointed about, someone who gladly pays the rent, with fees, you want to get rid of. Makes sense.

As a trucker of 6 years i traveled across all of America and lived in many different apartments. None of them were quite like this one. The front office staff is so friendly and accommodating, I’m so used to talking to Kristen she became like a friend. The community here is like a real home. The maintenance guy (can’t remember his name but he’s tall and bald and always riding around in his maintenance cart) is also very friendly and professional, he gets the maintenance requests done quickly and efficiently. He even stopped by to help with a new hand saw that I just bought and couldn’t put together myself. We had a a/c problem in the first unit and they accommodated us by upgrading us to a much bigger newly renovated unit. My wife is so happy here. Her grandmother and little brothers love to visit and spend time by the pool together. As they say, happy wife happy life. So I can say the Somerset apartments and their staff made my life very happy. This is a great place to live.

I have been a resident since January and can say with all honesty that Somerset at Trussville is a great complex to live. Pet friendly without the pet friendly vibe and odor. They offer a gym and grilling station near the relaxing pool. I have a one bedroom and think it’s spacious enough for me and my pet. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also free door side trash pickup which is a major plus for me. Overall, I think Somerset of Trussville is a great option for a single individual, or a family looking to live close to the city of Trussville.

Living at Somerset feels like a vacation every day! The two dog parks are a fantastic addition, even for non-dog owners like me, as they add a touch of green and open space to the community. The pool area is an oasis, complete with three grills for those perfect summer cookouts. And let's not forget the amazing outdoor TV - the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

The gated community provides an extra layer of security, making me feel safe and at home. The 24/7 gym is a game-changer, and the on-site laundry facilities are a huge convenience. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

Overall, Somerset offers an exceptional living experience with top-notch amenities and outstanding service. I'm truly grateful to call this place home!
