With thousands of realtors in the Birmingham area, it can be a daunting task to choose who to represent you when selling or buying a home. Our situation was pretty unique. Jason was able to help us sell a house even though I was living on the West Coast while my wife was still working in Alabama. Regardless of that we were able to all stay on the same page and he was flexible with text messages and phone calls dealing with a 2 hour time difference. When we 1st spoke on the phone I asked him what their game plan would be with marketing and such he was very direct and outlined the path to selling the house.
