I sold to them. Of course, I wish I could have gotten more. But other things were more important as we found our dream house. We didn't want anything to delay our moving or give us the hassle of showing the house to strangers, or spending on improvements to a house we didn't want.

They provided convenience, quick transaction, and an easy process. No problems and no surprises. Being able to just walk away without cleaning or carrying away the unwanted actually saved us some time and effort and money.
