We pay for curb side pickup of trash and I guess if it's something they don't want to pick up they just make a mess of it by kicking it all over the parking lot?!?! Was originally three stars but had to change to only one. I talked to the old white lady at the office and the only thing she had any care about was that I left a review. Not only was she very rude about it but continually talked through what I was trying to say to her. The old white lady told me I was ridiculous for leaving a review and much other nasty comments about it. Why be so hostile while being the face of a company. Side note to have curb side trash pick up which you cant op out of. This friendly service is 40$ a month and the old lady with a choker said it's over 300 residents here that's over 12000$ a month. Does this seam extremely hight just to have someone sometimes pick your trash up and drop it in a larger can?

DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A PET/PETS!! I would leave 0 stars, but can't. You get to choose two different security deposit options. One is a refundable deposit of $800 or so and a non-refundable deposit of $375. We chose to opt-in for the non-refundable amount because apartments like to take money out of a refundable one for no reason so there was no point in paying more if it would be taken anyway. We also had to pay a pet fee for our dog which was also non-refundable of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $15-$20. A normal person would believe that this covers pet damages......not here. We had a move-out pre-inspection a few weeks before our move-out date where, according to Mary (Mimi), the maintenance guy comes in to assess what it would cost them to fix damages and how long it would take to fix the damages. Our official move-out date was May 7th and we paid a prorated rent along with the prorate for the pet fee and other monthly fees. We returned the keys and were told that we had no outstanding balance. Tell me why I received a call today from the billing service at BH Management stating we had an outstanding balance of $1500 for carpet replacement I'm not denying that the carpet had some damages in certain areas (not the entire carpet in the apt) from my dog, but how am I being charged for it when I paid so many fees prior to moving in.....what do those fees go to? At that, how is it that much when they aren't ripping up all of the carpet in the apartment? My boyfriend called them and was told (with an attitude) that the lease states that the carpet isn't covered under the pet fee and that we paid a pet "fee" and not a pet "deposit." Then, we went into the office and spoke with Galayshia and was told that our lease states that nothing is covered under the pet fees, but was then told that our security deposit, pet fee, and monthly pet rent was deducted from the total cost to replace the carpet and the $1500 was what was leftover....sounds like a contradiction to what she said at first...keep that in mind. However, the maintenance guy inside said it covers the pet stations. Seems like nobody in that office is on the same page with what fees go to. When asked why we weren't notified of having to pay for carpet when we dropped the keys off, she said they didn't know that would be the damage when doing the pre-inspection.....it's in plain sight when walking in so how was that not seen by maintenance? She also stated that the structure of the carpet replacement cost comes from the billing service and not from the actual property.....keep that in mind also. Mimi stated that we were actually being charges a prorated cost for the carpet and the complex is paying more but covers the leftover lifetime of the carpet. She went back into her office and was laughing with maintenance and the manager over the property about us having a discrepancy.....very professional. The rest of my complaint is above in part 2

This place is a joke if you have dogs don’t move into here. If you pay the pet fee it doesn’t cover what a pet fee should cover. The lady couldn’t tell us what the pet fee was there for. $1500 for carpet repair that’s bs. If you pay the pet fee the carpet should be covered but not here. The old white lady Maggy or something that sounds like a dogs name (she wears a choker)kinda looks like marilyn manson is the rudest person after I asked a question she played it off then went into her office and was laughing about it.DO NOT MOVE HERE NOT WELL MAINTAINED NO HELP FROM THE WORKERS!!!!!!

Living here has been great! Pool is always clean, staff always keeps us up to date on pool cleanings, and nights that our trash service has off for holidays. They keep everyone well informed of what's going on and maintenance is very quick and efficient. They're very kind and will help you resolve any issues. It may be expensive but it has been such a joy to live here and it is well worth the price!

I am in the application process and was having technical difficulties with proceeding with my phone. I stopped in and Galayshia provided amazing customer service to get me what I needed! We just signed our 3rd lease at the Arlington so we are overdue on a review. Myself and my family love living here. We really like the staff and maintenance has been great when there was an issue. Have only had to call Maintenance twice in 2 years for minor issues. Maintenance guys are quick. We really like the floor plan of the unit we are in with the private entry and 2 car garage. We have 3 children and everyone still has plenty of space. The pool and gym are great.There is also a really nice basketball court. Community is quiet and friendly. I would never consider any other apartments in the area. We are very comfortable here and will be here until we purchase a home.

I’ve always given the most honest reviews. Definitely a great place to live. I have had zero issue with sound. The apartments have thick walls. I can walk my dog at night and not feel like I have to constantly look over my shoulder, very safe feeling! Especially because there is always a cop on the grounds. The office answers phones which is a plus. Mimi was very honest with the add on fees at move in which I respected when it came to the apartment itself. So, it will be about 20%-25% more a month in extra charges in addition to the base rent price a month. So do be aware of that before committing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I didn’t know we would have to pay the community bills as well. They disperse the payment of the community water/electricity for all the tenants to pay and don’t pay it themselves. That’s the only fee that wasn’t mentioned. Other than that it’s nice here and it’s been a very home created environment for us tenants. I believe they really do care. And that says a lot for apartment living.
