From June 2020 to December 31, 2024, my husband and I rented through their services. We have consistently received exceptional customer service, with any necessary repairs being resolved within a few days. Furthermore, we were fully refunded of our deposit upon the completion of our rental period.

So I rented from RCPM for about three years. Came to them and let them know that their roof needed to be replaced and that I was a roofer and could help them out. They urged me not to take any action not to contact the property owner a.k.a. leave the roof leaking. Leaking caused ceiling damage in multiple spots. The entire time I lived at the house there were lights that never worked a.k.a. when you walk through the front door the light that’s supposed to come on right there in the little foyer never worked. The hallway. Light never worked. The kitchen never had an exhaust meaning if I cooked anything the smoke would be trapped in the house. There was also a door that was a sliding door to a closet that was reported on moving that was never fixed. I am being charged for carpet was dirty When I moved in I took photos and now I am being charged for them to clean it. They are charging for debris removal, and I have photos from my move out with me, taking all debris from the residence. Ultimately, I am just really confused as to how RCPM does business. Your crooks, the people in office are unprofessional to say the leak. Every time I called it was like I was bothering someone hired to do a job. I mean if people as renters are second class citizens just let it be known. Don’t be shady, rude, unapologetic, snobby, and entitled. It’s not a good look for this company. Hopefully this helps someone thinking about using RCPM. Please read the reviews.

Managing rental properties from afar can be a real headache, but Rio has made the entire experience an absolute breeze. My family loved living in our home through RCPM. The price was great for how much house we had! Paying rent was quick and easy online. Our hot water heater started leaking, and they resolved it quickly replacing it with a brand new hot water heater! Our tub was leaking, through the overflow drain, yet again they fixed it quickly! Sadly, we had to move due to the school district being undesirable, but I’d definitely consider renting from this company again in the future! Thank you!

We own Michael's vinyl and gutter and have been working with rcpm for almost a year now and not only have they done great business with us they have become some of our very best friends, they really make you feel like they care about there tenants and buyers and workers, nothing like positive ideas everyday, would recommend them to everybody who needs property to live on or rent or buy

My Mom rented an apt from them in Dec 2019, which she & her man went in & had to a do a deep (& I mean a DEEP) cleaning as well as replacing all the blinds even before we could move her in. Well Dec of 2020 came around she gave a 30 day notice of her moving out at the end of her lease. She had cleaned & moved out as well as turned in the keys 6 days before the lease was up. Mom went to office in the middle of Jan 2020 at this time mom was told 30-60 days. Mom & I went back Feb 15, 2020 to find out about her deposit & was told she wasn't getting it back due to not being cleaned, air filter & blinds. At this time they showed us pics of someone else's apt. So mom & I emailed RCPM before move in & after move out pics. Mom called once a week then finally after 3 & half weeks she received a text (how professional is that) telling her she was going to get $200. out of $600. deposit back. The text told her that she was having to pay for an air filter, carpet cleaning & overall cleaning of apt. My mother went & got loud with the folks at the office the police were to tell mom she couldn't come back to property which is fine but she is still waiting on the letter & deposit refund. So now BBB will be informed as well as our lawyer. PLEASE BE AWARE OF RCPM GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND AS WELL AS TAKING YOUR MONEY ALONG WITH NOT WANTING TO RESOLVE ANT ISSUES THAT YOU MAY HAVE WHILE YOUR IN THEIR PROPERTY!!! Because I didn't even cover of the issues she had while she was in the apt as far as getting things fixed. Such as water leak & stairs to get to her apt & never having her parking space available to her (because she works swing shift this was an important part being able to park in front of her apt building, but didn't happen she had to park in the next apt building lot) & please lets not forget the police running the downstairs apt at least once week. But as I said that's a whole other subject. As of now all we would like to is get what's owed back to mother back to her. If I could this would NO Stars!
