Isaac and his team are the best people to rent/buy from in Huntsville. We've lived here over 2 years and they are always very responsive and kind. We actually went with Nick through Cry Leike to buy our first home today. They went above and beyond to get us into a beautiful home. We got so much good advice from them. They really went above and beyond to set us up in the best possible position. And they all work like a team. You can tell they enjoy working with one another which makes it feel more like a family environment. I'm so thankful for all of the people at Cry Leike and Alabama Property Management.

We have been without air the last two weeks. These people could care less. This is a home in South Huntsville that was remodeled poorly and the Air Conditioning was installed improperly. I have pictures of burnt areas where a fire could have easily started. The HVAC contractor has informed the owners that it needs to be repaired correctly. As of today there has been no update from the rental company. It’s 85 degrees in the house. Also, the outside of the home smells of sewage and is infested with flies. I give 0 stars and will be meeting with my attorney today.

Matthew guy is going to lose this company alot of business.. I tried to view a rental property 3 days in a row. Day 1 he said he was at a shiwing but sounded like he was at a party. Day 2 he was out at lunch at 3:30 in the afternoon and could show it the next day. Day 3 went straight to voice-mail and haven't heard from anyone since. If this is any indication of how they run a rental property, then save ur time and money.

I have rented from APM for the past 3 years. I have never had any issues getting the property manager to fix issues or send someone out to take care of anything that has arisen. We will also be using Isaac and his wife for our house buying in the future!!! He has been very accommodating and helpful from the very start! I recommend him to everyone!

We rented from these liars and crooks. They NEVER did a walk through when we moved in. Gave us the paper and said do it ourselves. But yet after we finish the lease in full, they just so happen to need EXACTLY what my deposit was, $1600, to get the place ready to rent again. 1200 for paint! Paint that was already coming off the walls when we moved in bc it was cheap and if you tried to wipe the walls it would wipe right off. We had THEIR CARPET CLEANING GUY come, we paid and had the carpet cleaned the day we left, yet somehow I'm still being charged for carpet cleaning for the whole house! I can understand if they charged us for 1 room to be cleaned, bc we didnt have the master bedroom cleaned. I could understand if we damaged the walls but we did NOT. Yet they are keeping our $1600 deposit. Honest they are not and they sure fooled me, bc I really thought a lot of Isaac Winkles until this all happened. Shame on all of you, this was not right and it DEFINITELY wasn't good business.

Rented from Isaac for a year. Always professional and responsive!!! I am also in the industry, so my expectations are high for a property management group. Isaac and the team were a pleasure to deal with from leasing to move in and move out.
