When I asked my real estate agent who had the best reputation as far as property management goes, he didn’t hesitate when he recommended Mike Metcalf. Mike has been managing my three properties for the past three years and even throughout COVID-19 managed to find top tier tenants who have never been late on a payment. There’s never been longer than a month gap in between finding new tenants once a lease ends. I especially love the care and attention his team takes when it comes to repair and maintenance work. He only uses contractors he would trust in his own home, and that’s super meaningful to me.

First of al, they do not respect their clients. Both Brenda and Mike are rude and unprofessional. They do not manage repairs with sensitivity.
It takes months to have things repaired.
